All Citizens Advice Bureaux can provide information and help with a wide range of enquires. The main subjects include Welfare benefits, Consumer issues, Debt, Taxation, Family and Personal matters, Employment, Housing, Imigration, Nationality and Utilities

Ellesmere Port CAB has advisers who specialise in welfare benefits and money advice. We can help with complex enquiries in both these areas of work. If clients have to attend a benefits tribunal, or a hearing at the County Court or Magistrates' Court, we can often provide representation.

Our bureau has a contract with the Community Legal Service (CLS) to offer specialist help in the areas of Debt and Welfare Benefits. The CLS monitor the quality of service that we provide. They have awarded us the CLS Quality Mark.
